Transliteration

mātsyanyāyābhibhūtāḥ prajā manuṃ vaivasvataṃ rājānaṃ cakrire

Translation

Bị áp đảo bởi ‘luật cá’ (kẻ mạnh nuốt kẻ yếu), dân chúng đã tôn Manu Vaivasvata làm vua.
