अनुबन्धं तदात्वं च देशकालौ समीक्ष्य च ॥ कZ_०४.१०.१७च्द् ॥
Transliteration
anubandhaṃ tadātvaṃ ca deśakālau samīkṣya ca
Translation
Cũng vậy, sau khi xem xét các hệ quả kéo theo, tính cấp bách của tình thế, và địa điểm cùng thời gian (bối cảnh), (thẩm phán mới quyết định).
