यः समुदयं परिहापयति स राजार्थं भक्षयति ॥ कZ_०२.९.१३ ॥

Transliteration

yaḥ samudayaṃ parihāpayati sa rājārthaṃ bhakṣayati

Translation

Ai làm thất thu nguồn thu của nhà nước (samudaya) thì, trên thực tế, là đang tiêu dùng tài nguyên của vua (công quỹ).
