Transliteration

pravīre vāstuni rājaniveśaś cāturvarṇyasamājīve

Translation

Tại vị trí trung tâm/ưu việt nhất của khu đất (pravīra vāstu), nên lập dinh thự hoàng gia, đồng thời tổ chức hệ thống sinh kế của bốn đẳng cấp xã hội (cāturvarṇya).
