पांसुन्यासे रथ्यायामष्टभागो दण्डः पङ्कोदकसम्निरोधे पादः ॥ कZ_०२.३६.२६ ॥

Transliteration

pāṃsunyāse rathyāyām aṣṭabhāgo daṇḍaḥ paṅkodakasamnirodhe pādaḥ

Translation

Đổ bụi/rác ra đường bị phạt bằng 1/8 (một đơn vị hình phạt tiêu chuẩn); cản trở dòng chảy của bùn và nước bị phạt 1/4.
