ततः सत्त्रिणः परेषु ग्राहयेयुः एतत्पण्यमरिप्रदत्तमिति ॥ कZ_०९.६.३३ ॥
Transliteration
tataḥ sattriṇaḥ pareṣu grāhayeyuḥ etatpaṇyam aripradattam iti
Translation
Sau đó, các mật vụ của nhà nước nên khiến họ bị bắt giữa những người bên ngoài (tức trong phạm vi của kẻ thù) với cáo buộc: “Hàng hóa này do kẻ thù cung cấp.”
