मण्डलेषु च सर्वेषु सुरेश्वरसमा हि ते इत्य् अर्धश्लोक आसारस्त्वित्यस्य पूर्वं ट पुस्तके वर्तते, परन्त्वसंलग्नः न कस्यचिद्रिपुर्मित्रङ्कारणाच्छत्रुमित्रके मण्डलं तव सम्प्रोक्तमेतद् द्वादशराजकं

“Trong mọi vòng liên minh (mandala), ngài quả thật ngang với Chúa tể chư thiên”—nửa câu kệ này có trong bản thảo Ṭa ở phần trước, nhưng không nối với mạch văn hiện tại. Vì không ai là kẻ thù hay bạn hữu nếu không có nguyên do. Do vậy, hỡi người có cả địch lẫn minh, mandala chính trị gồm mười hai vua đã được giảng giải cho ngài.
