वह्नौ हुत्वाग्निवर्तिभ्यो विष्ण्वादिभ्यः पवित्रकम् प्रार्च्य पूर्णाहुतिं दद्यात् प्रायश्चित्ताय मूलतः
vahnau hutvāgnivartibhyo viṣṇvādibhyaḥ pavitrakam prārcya pūrṇāhutiṃ dadyāt prāyaścittāya mūlataḥ
Sau khi dâng các lễ vật vào lửa, nên thờ phụng các vị chủ quản “đường lửa” (tùy thuộc của Agni) cùng Viṣṇu và các vị khác bằng pavitraka; rồi, để sám hối tận gốc (prāyaścitta), nên dâng lễ toàn phần cuối cùng—pūrṇāhuti.
