Shloka 79

सप्तद्वीप-समुद्र-प्रमाणम्: प्लक्षादि-द्वीपवर्णनं, लोकालोक-सीमा, चन्द्र-समुद्र-वृद्धिक्षयः

अधमोत्तमौ न तेष्व् आस्तां न वध्यवधकौ द्विज नेर्ष्यासूया भयं रोषो दोषो लोभादिको न च

adhamottamau na teṣv āstāṃ na vadhyavadhakau dvija nerṣyāsūyā bhayaṃ roṣo doṣo lobhādiko na ca

اے دْوِج، ان میں ‘ادنیٰ’ اور ‘اعلیٰ’ کا تصور نہیں؛ نہ وہاں کوئی قتل ہونے والا ہے نہ قاتل۔ نہ حسد و بدخواہی اٹھتی ہے، نہ خوف و غضب؛ اور لالچ وغیرہ کوئی عیب بھی نہیں۔

He describes a condition where violence and its causes—envy, fear, anger, and greed—do not arise; therefore the very roles of killer and killed are absent.
