pūjyate matsyarūpeṇa sarvajñatvam abhīpsubhiḥ | svavaṁśoddharaṇārthāya kūrmarūpī tu pūjyate || 48.20 ||

Translation

جو لوگ ہمہ دانی چاہتے ہیں وہ اسے مَتسْیَ (مچھلی) روپ میں پوجتے ہیں۔ اور اپنے وंश کی حفاظت و اُدھار کے لیے اسے کُورم (کچھوا) روپ میں پوجتے ہیں۔
