महातपा उवाच । पितॄणां सम्भवं राजन् कथ्यमानं निबोध मे । पूर्वं प्रजापतिब्रह्मा सिसृक्षुर्विविधाः प्रजाः ॥ ३४.१ ॥
mahātapā uvāca | pitṝṇāṃ sambhavaṃ rājan kathyamānaṃ nibodha me | pūrvaṃ prajāpati-brahmā sisṛkṣur vividhāḥ prajāḥ || 34.1 ||
مہاتپا نے کہا—اے راجن، پِتروں کی پیدائش کا جو بیان کیا جا رہا ہے اسے مجھ سے سمجھ لو۔ قدیم زمانے میں پرجاپتی برہما نے گوناگوں مخلوقات کی سೃષ્ટی کا ارادہ کیا۔
