The Merit and Ritual Procedure of Donating a Jaggery Cow

Guḍadhenu

सौवर्णे मुखशृङ्गे च दन्ताश्च मणिमौक्तिकैः । ग्रीवा रत्नमयी त्वस्या घ्राणं गन्धमयं तथा ॥

sauvarṇe mukhaśṛṅge ca dantāś ca maṇimauktikaiḥ | grīvā ratnamayī tv asyā ghrāṇaṁ gandhamayaṁ tathā ||

اس کا چہرہ اور سینگ سونے کے ہوں؛ اس کے دانت جواہرات اور موتیوں کے ہوں۔ اس کی گردن رتنوں سے بنی ہو، اور اسی طرح اس کی ناک خوشبودار مادّوں سے تراشی جائے۔
