आत्मेन्द्रियमनोयुक्तं भोक्तेत्याहुर्महर्षयः। ततो नारायणः साक्षाद्धृदये सुप्रतिष्ठितः॥५॥

आत्मा । इन्द्रिय । मनः । युक्तम् । भोक्ता । इति । आहुः । महर्षयः । ततः । नारायणः । साक्षात् । हृदये । सुप्रतिष्ठितः ॥

IAST Transliteration

ātmendriya-mano-yuktaṁ bhoktety āhur maharṣayaḥ | tato nārāyaṇaḥ sākṣād hṛdaye supratiṣṭhitaḥ ||5||

Translation

مہارشی کہتے ہیں کہ آتما جب حواس اور من کے ساتھ جڑی ہو تو وہی بھوکتا، یعنی تجربہ کرنے والا، کہلاتی ہے۔ تب نارائن خود براہِ راست دل میں نہایت مضبوطی سے قائم ہوتا ہے۔

Academic Translation

The great seers say that the Self, conjoined with sense-organs and mind, is the experiencer (enjoyer). Then Nārāyaṇa Himself is directly well-established in the heart.
