kāryameyāya baline jīvāya paramātmane | goptre prāṇāya bhūtānāṃ namo viśvāya vedhase
Brahmā (deduced for Vaiṣṇavakhaṇḍa stuti context)
Tirtha: Ayodhyā-kṣetra
Type: kshetra
Scene: Vishnu as all-pervading light entering the hearts of beings as prāṇa; simultaneously shown as cosmic architect (Vedhas) holding a measuring cord/compass, with the world emanating as effects around him; devotees sheltered under his aura.
The Supreme sustains all beings as their very prāṇa and protects them as the cosmic ordainer.
Ayodhyā is the implied pilgrimage-context in which this universal praise is offered.
No direct injunction; the verse supports devotional recitation (stotra-pāṭha) as a dhārmic act.
