viṣṇumuddiśya viprāṇāṃ pūjanaṃ ca viśeṣataḥ | karttavyaṃ śraddhayā yuktaiḥ snānapūrvaṃ yatavrataiḥ

Translation

وشنو کو دل میں رکھ کر، خصوصاً برہمنوں کی پوجا کرنی چاہیے۔ جو لوگ شردھا سے بھرپور اور نذر و ضبط کے ورت والے ہوں، وہ پہلے اشنان کرکے یہ عمل انجام دیں۔
