yastatra kurute snānamekacitto narottamaḥ | sarvatīrthābhiṣekasya sa prāpnotyakhilaṃ phalam
Śiva (deduced from Mahādevī-addressed dialogue in this adhyāya)
Tirtha: Cakratīrtha
Type: kund
Listener: Pilgrim/audience (and by extension Devī in surrounding context)
Scene: A devoted pilgrim stands waist-deep in sacred water at dawn, hands joined, eyes lowered in concentration; faint silhouettes of many tīrthas (rivers, ghats, mountains) appear as visionary overlays around him, signifying ‘all-tīrtha abhiṣeka’ fruit.
Single-minded devotion during a sacred act multiplies its merit; inner focus completes outer ritual.
Prabhāsakṣetra (Prabhāsa), praised as equal to bathing at all tīrthas.
Snāna (ritual bathing) performed with ekāgratā (one-pointed attention).
