Īśvara (Śiva)
Tirtha: Cakra-tīrtha
Type: ghat
Listener: Devī
Scene: Hari stands by the tīrtha, radiating power; innumerable symbolic streams/miniature tīrthas converge into one water body as he purifies Sudarśana and names the place Cakra-tīrtha.
Sacred geography is intensified by divine consecration: a single tīrtha can embody the merit of countless pilgrimage sites when sanctified by the Lord.
Cakratīrtha in Prabhāsakṣetra, portrayed as a confluence of innumerable tīrthas.
Implied tīrtha-sevā: visiting and bathing at a tīrtha that embodies many tīrthas; the verse itself narrates consecration rather than prescribing a rite.
