भवन्तौ नेच्छति द्रष्टुं राजा दुर्नयकारिणौ । तत्रस्थः पृष्टवान्भूयः प्रतीहारं नरः स्वयम्
bhavantau necchati draṣṭuṃ rājā durnayakāriṇau | tatrasthaḥ pṛṣṭavānbhūyaḥ pratīhāraṃ naraḥ svayam
“بادشاہ تم دونوں کو دیکھنا نہیں چاہتا، کیونکہ تم بدکرداری کرنے والے ہو۔” وہاں کھڑے ہو کر نَر نے خود پھر حاجب (پرتیہار) سے سوال کیا۔
