यथा गच्छेत्समुद्रांतं तथा नीतिर्विधीय ताम्

yathā gacchetsamudrāṃtaṃ tathā nītirvidhīya tām

“اس آگ کی راہ ایسی مقرر کرو کہ وہ سمندر کے کنارۂ آخر تک پہنچ جائے؛ اسی کے مطابق تدبیر قائم کی جائے۔”
