anyāni tatra tīrthāni bahūni ca varānane | snātvā dṛṣṭvā pūjayitvā muktaḥ syātsarvakilbiṣaiḥ
Īśvara (Śiva)
Tirtha: Prabhāsa tīrtha-samūha (cluster)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Pārvatī (addressed as varānane)
Scene: A procession of pilgrims moving from one tīrtha to another, bathing at small kundas/river-edges, then offering flowers and lamps at shrines; the landscape is dotted with sacred markers.
Pilgrimage is completed through a triad—snāna (bathing), darśana (reverent seeing), and pūjā (worship)—leading to purification.
The verse broadly glorifies the many tīrthas situated in Prabhāsakṣetra.
Snāna (bathing), darśana (visitation/seeing), and pūjā (worship) at the tīrthas.
