ہر جگہ دیویاترا میں یہی قاعدہ جاری ہے: بوسیدہ تیرتھ کی بحالی کرو، اسے صاف ستھرا کرو، اور اس کے پھل (روحانی فائدے) کو بیان و اعلان کرو۔
