ईश्वर उवाच । उक्त्वैवं भगवान्देवस्तत्रैवांतरधीयत । सांनिध्यमकरोत्तत्र ततःप्रभृति शंकरः
īśvara uvāca | uktvaivaṃ bhagavāndevastatraivāṃtaradhīyata | sāṃnidhyamakarottatra tataḥprabhṛti śaṃkaraḥ
اِیشور نے کہا: یوں کہہ کر بھگوان دیو وہیں غائب ہو گئے۔ اسی وقت سے شَنکر نے اس مقام پر اپنا دائمی سانِّندھ (حضور) قائم کر دیا۔
