चतुर्भिर्भगवान्विष्णुर्द्वाभ्यां ब्रह्मा तथा रविः । अष्टादशपुराणेषु शेषेषु भगवाञ्छिवः
caturbhirbhagavānviṣṇurdvābhyāṃ brahmā tathā raviḥ | aṣṭādaśapurāṇeṣu śeṣeṣu bhagavāñchivaḥ
اٹھارہ پُرانوں میں چار میں بھگوان وِشنو کی خاص ستوتی ہے؛ دو میں برہما کی اور اسی طرح دو میں روی (سورج) کی؛ اور باقی میں بھگوان شِو کی۔
