māṃdhātā cakravarttitve tasyotathyapuraḥsaraḥ | ekonaviṃśatretāyāṃ sarvakṣatrāṃtako'bhavat

Translation

ماندھاتا نے چکرورتی بادشاہت پائی، اور اُن کے آگے آگے رِشی اُتَتھیہ رہنما بن کر چلے۔ انیسویں تریتا کے دور میں تمام کشتریوں کا ہلاک کرنے والا ظاہر ہوا۔
