Transliteration

sāvitryā prītayā dattā sāvitryāḥ pūjayā tathā | sāvitrītyeva nāmā'syāścakre viprājñayā nṛpaḥ

Translation

ساوتری کی عنایت سے عطا ہوئی اور ساوتری کی پوجا کے پھل سے حاصل ہوئی اس بیٹی کا نام، برہمنوں کے مشورے سے، بادشاہ نے ‘ساوتری’ ہی رکھا۔
