ityevamuktvā deveśi tato'ntardhānamāgataḥ | sāvitrī brahmaloke tu gatā saṃsthāpya śaṃkaram

یوں کہہ کر، اے دیوی، وہ پھر نظروں سے اوجھل ہو گیا۔ اور ساوتری نے وہاں شنکر کو قائم کر کے برہملوک کی طرف روانہ ہوئی۔
