اے مہادیوی، ندی کے درشن سے سوَرگ میں بسنے والے پِتر وہاں سامن کے بھجن گاتے ہیں؛ وہ ناچتے بھی ہیں اور ہنستے بھی ہیں۔
Skanda (deduced)
Tirtha: Citrāpathā-nadī
Type: ghat
Listener: mahādevī (Great Goddess)
Scene: Celestial Pitṛs appear above the riverbank, garlanded and radiant, singing Sāman chants; some dance, some laugh, while below a devotee beholds the river in awe.
A tīrtha is not only for the living; it also benefits the ancestors, strengthening intergenerational dharma through śrāddha and remembrance.
The river-tīrtha (Citrāpathā) in Prabhāsa Kṣetra, portrayed as a place that delights the Pitṛs.
Not explicit in this verse, but it frames the tīrtha as especially suitable for Pitṛ-related rites (expanded in following verses).
