रुद्ररूपी विश्वरूपी स एव भुवनेश्वरः । पौर्णमास्यामुपोषित्वा ब्रह्माणं जगतां पतिम् । अर्चयेद्यो विधानेन सोऽश्वमेधफलं लभेत्
rudrarūpī viśvarūpī sa eva bhuvaneśvaraḥ | paurṇamāsyāmupoṣitvā brahmāṇaṃ jagatāṃ patim | arcayedyo vidhānena so'śvamedhaphalaṃ labhet
وہ رُدر کے روپ میں بھی ہے، اور وِشو روپ میں بھی—وہی بھونوں کا ایشور ہے۔ جو پورنیما کے دن اُپواس رکھ کر، ودھی کے مطابق جگت کے پتی برہما جی کی ارچنا کرے، وہ اشومیدھ کا پھل پاتا ہے۔
