यावत्स्नाति च विप्रोऽसौ दृष्टो दैत्यैर्दुरात्मभिः । ब्रुवंतः कोऽयमित्येवं हन्यतांहन्यतामिति

yāvatsnāti ca vipro'sau dṛṣṭo daityairdurātmabhiḥ | bruvaṃtaḥ ko'yamityevaṃ hanyatāṃhanyatāmiti

جب وہ برہمن غسل کر رہے تھے، تو بدبخت دیتیاؤں (شیطانوں) نے انہیں دیکھ لیا۔ 'یہ کون ہے؟' کہتے ہوئے وہ چلائے، 'اسے مار ڈالو، اسے مار ڈالو!'
