Transliteration

putraṃ vai janayāmāsa sarvalakṣaṇalakṣitam | tatra pārthivaśārdūla kṛṣṇapakṣe 'śvinasya ca

اس نے یقیناً ایک بیٹا جنا، جو ہر طرح کی مبارک علامتوں سے آراستہ تھا۔ اے بادشاہوں کے شیر! یہ واقعہ وہیں، ماہِ اشوِن کے کرشن پکش (تاریک پندرہ) میں ہوا۔
