Transliteration

pulastya uvāca | tasminnekārṇave ghore naṣṭe sthāvarajaṃgame | caṃdrārkapavane naṣṭe jyotiṣi pralayaṃ gate

Translation

پُلستیہ نے کہا: جب وہ ہولناک ایک ہی پرلے کا سمندر چھا گیا—جب تمام ساکن و متحرک جاندار فنا ہو گئے؛ جب چاند، سورج اور ہوائیں بھی مٹ گئیں؛ اور جب نورانی اجرام تک پرلے میں داخل ہو گئے—
