एवं स निश्चयं कृत्वा ततो राममुपाद्रवत् । उवाच दंडवद्भूमौ प्रणिपत्य कृतांजलिः
evaṃ sa niścayaṃ kṛtvā tato rāmamupādravat | uvāca daṃḍavadbhūmau praṇipatya kṛtāṃjaliḥ
یوں پختہ ارادہ کر کے وہ فوراً رام کے پاس دوڑا۔ زمین پر لاٹھی کی مانند سجدہ ریز ہو کر، ہاتھ جوڑ کر ادب سے بولا۔
