दक्षस्य तनया पूर्वं सप्तविंशतिसंख्यया । उद्वाहिता हि सोमेन पूर्वं ब्राह्मणसत्तमाः

dakṣasya tanayā pūrvaṃ saptaviṃśatisaṃkhyayā | udvāhitā hi somena pūrvaṃ brāhmaṇasattamāḥ

اے برہمنوں میں افضل! پہلے دَکش کی بیٹیاں—جو ستائیس تھیں—چندر دیو سوما کے نکاح میں دی گئی تھیں۔
