किं मयैतत्सुमूर्खेण वांछितं दुर्लभं पदम् । तत्प्रभावेन विभ्रष्टः कुलधर्मोऽपि मे स्वकः
kiṃ mayaitatsumūrkheṇa vāṃchitaṃ durlabhaṃ padam | tatprabhāvena vibhraṣṭaḥ kuladharmo'pi me svakaḥ
'میں کتنا بڑا احمق ہوں کہ میں نے اس نایاب مقام کی خواہش کی۔ اس (غلط خواہش) کے اثر سے، میرا اپنا خاندانی دھرم بھی مجھ سے چھوٹ گیا ہے۔'
