विषं वा भक्षयिष्यामि प्रवेक्ष्यामि हुताशनम् । तस्यास्तद्वचनं श्रुत्वा निषिद्धः स द्विजस्तया
viṣaṃ vā bhakṣayiṣyāmi pravekṣyāmi hutāśanam | tasyāstadvacanaṃ śrutvā niṣiddhaḥ sa dvijastayā
“میں زہر پی لوں گی، یا آگ میں کود جاؤں گی۔” اس کے یہ کلمات سن کر وہ برہمن اس کی روک ٹوک سے باز رکھا گیا۔
