निशायां चैव न स्नायात्संध्यायां ग्रहणं विना । उष्णोदकेन न स्नानं रात्रौ शुद्धिर्न जायते
niśāyāṃ caiva na snāyātsaṃdhyāyāṃ grahaṇaṃ vinā | uṣṇodakena na snānaṃ rātrau śuddhirna jāyate
رات میں غسل نہ کرے، نہ ہی شام کے سنگم (سندھیا) میں—سوائے گرہن کے۔ گرم پانی سے بھی غسل نہ کرے؛ رات میں اس طرح پاکیزگی پیدا نہیں ہوتی۔
