Redactional colophon (scribal/editorial closure)
Tirtha: Hāṭakeśvara-kṣetra
Type: kshetra
Scene: A scribe completes a palm-leaf folio and writes the colophon; the manuscript bundle is tied, indicating chapter completion within the Nāgara-khaṇḍa.
This is a colophon: it preserves the scripture’s internal organization, helping devotees and scholars locate the teaching within the sacred geography narrative.
Hāṭakeśvara-kṣetra is explicitly named as the sacred region whose māhātmya frames this chapter.
No direct ritual act is prescribed here; it identifies the chapter as describing the niyamas (rules) of the Cāturmāsya vow.
