pitṛpakṣe caturdaśyāṃ kanyāsaṃsthe divākare | pitāmaho na gṛhṇāti pitrā tena samaṃ tadā

Translation

پِترپکش میں چودھویں تِتھی کو، جب سورج برجِ سنبلہ (کنیا) میں ہو، تب پِتامہ نذر قبول نہیں کرتا، کیونکہ اس وقت وہ باپ کے برابر حالت میں ہوتا ہے۔
