ब्रह्मणः स्पर्धया येन पुरा सृष्टिर्द्विजोत्तमाः । प्रारब्धा च ततो देवैः प्रणिपत्य निवारितः
brahmaṇaḥ spardhayā yena purā sṛṣṭirdvijottamāḥ | prārabdhā ca tato devaiḥ praṇipatya nivāritaḥ
اے بہترین دِویجوں! برہما سے رقابت میں اُس نے قدیم زمانے میں ایک نئی سृष्टی کا آغاز کیا؛ پھر دیوتاؤں نے سجدہ ریز ہو کر اُسے روک دیا۔
