Transliteration

yasya no jāyate śuddhiḥ śākhābhirmūlavaṃśagā | nigrahastasya kartavyo dvijārho dvijasattamaiḥ

Translation

اگر کسی کی طہارت، اصل نسب تک پہنچنے والی شاخی سلسلوں سے ثابت نہ ہو، تو دو بار جنم والوں میں افضل لوگ اس پر مناسب تادیبی پابندی عائد کریں، جیسا کہ برہمنی اہلیت کے باب میں درست ہے۔
