Transliteration

deśāṃtaraprajātasya tatra jātasya vā punaḥ | ajñātapitṛvargasya sāmā nyaṃ padamicchataḥ

Translation

—اس کے لیے جو دوسرے دیس میں پیدا ہوا ہو، یا پھر وہ جو وہیں (اسی غیر ملکی جگہ) میں پیدا ہوا ہو؛ اور اس کے لیے بھی جس کا پدری نسب نامعلوم ہو اور جو سماج میں عام درجہ/قبولیت چاہتا ہو۔
