Transliteration

tato'hamaṣṭame varṣe yadā vratadharaḥ sthitaḥ | tadā paṃcatvamāpannaḥ pitā me vedapāragaḥ

پھر جب میں آٹھویں برس میں تھا اور ورت کے آچرن میں ثابت قدم تھا، اسی وقت میرے والد—ویدوں کے پارنگت—پنجتَو کو پہنچ گئے۔
