ततो मे जायते दुःखं तेषां पतन संभवम् । कस्यचित्त्वथ कालस्य संजातं वलयत्रयम् । तस्या हस्ते ततस्ताभ्यां शब्दः संजायते मिथः

tato me jāyate duḥkhaṃ teṣāṃ patana saṃbhavam | kasyacittvatha kālasya saṃjātaṃ valayatrayam | tasyā haste tatastābhyāṃ śabdaḥ saṃjāyate mithaḥ

پھر میرے دل میں غم اٹھا، اُن کے ممکنہ زوال کے اندیشے سے۔ کچھ مدت کے بعد اُس کے ہاتھ میں تین چوڑیاں نمودار ہوئیں؛ اور جب وہ آپس میں ٹکرائیں تو اُن سے آواز پیدا ہونے لگی۔
