विश्वामित्र उवाच । यत्किंचिद्विद्यते रत्नं पार्थिवस्य क्षितौ द्विज । तत्सर्वं राजकीयं स्यादिति वित्तविदो विदुः
viśvāmitra uvāca | yatkiṃcidvidyate ratnaṃ pārthivasya kṣitau dvija | tatsarvaṃ rājakīyaṃ syāditi vittavido viduḥ
وشوامتر نے کہا: اے برہمن، بادشاہ کی سرزمین میں جو کچھ بھی خزانہ اور جواہر موجود ہے، وہ سب بادشاہ ہی کا حق ہے؛ سیاست و مال کے جاننے والے یہی کہتے ہیں۔
