सांप्रतं मद्गृहे सोऽथ लोभनायागमिष्यति । स च कृत्रिम वेषेण निषेद्धव्यस्त्वया हि सः । स तथेति प्रतिज्ञाय द्वारदेशं समाश्रितः
sāṃprataṃ madgṛhe so'tha lobhanāyāgamiṣyati | sa ca kṛtrima veṣeṇa niṣeddhavyastvayā hi saḥ | sa tatheti pratijñāya dvāradeśaṃ samāśritaḥ
اب وہ لالچ دے کر فریب کرنے کے ارادے سے میرے گھر آئے گا۔ اور چونکہ وہ بناوٹی بھیس میں آئے گا، اس لیے تمہیں ہی اسے روکنا ہے۔ ‘ایسا ہی ہوگا’ کہہ کر اس نے وعدہ کیا اور دروازے کے پاس اپنی جگہ سنبھال لی۔
