न कस्यचित्प्रदद्यात्स सस्यं ब्राह्मणसत्तमाः । अतीव सुलभं मत्वा तथा तोयं विशेषतः

na kasyacitpradadyātsa sasyaṃ brāhmaṇasattamāḥ | atīva sulabhaṃ matvā tathā toyaṃ viśeṣataḥ

لیکن اے برہمنوں میں برتر! وہ کسی کو اناج نہیں دیتا تھا، اسے نہایت آسانی سے مل جانے والا سمجھ کر؛ اور اسی طرح خاص طور پر پانی بھی نہیں دیتا تھا۔
