vibhīṣaṇa uvāca | nāhaṃ karomi bhūyo'pi yuṣmākaṃ rākṣasādhamāḥ anugrahaṃ praśaptānāṃ vaṃcakānāṃ viśeṣataḥ
Vibhīṣaṇa
Listener: Cursed rākṣasas
Scene: Vibhīṣaṇa speaks sternly to the distressed rākṣasas, hand raised in refusal; the supplicants recoil, realizing their deceit has consequences.
Deceit and adharma harden the path to grace; repentance must be genuine, and dharmic leaders do not endorse wrongdoing.
The ethical instruction unfolds within the Rāmeśvara tīrtha narrative setting of Nāgarakhaṇḍa.
No direct ritual is prescribed; the passage stresses moral qualification for receiving anugraha (grace).
