Transliteration

tapasvināṃ parīkṣāyai yadṛṣīṇāṃ vihiṃsanam | kṛtaṃ tena tadā viprā rāvaṇena tapasvinā

Translation

اے وِپرو! تپسویوں کی آزمائش کے لیے اس تپسوی راون نے رِشیوں کو جو بھی اذیت پہنچائی، وہ اسی وقت ‘امتحان’ کے طور پر کی گئی۔
