यस्मिन्न संति नित्यं हि शिवभक्तिसमन्विताः । तद्ग्रमस्था जनाः सर्वे शासनीया न संशयः
yasminna saṃti nityaṃ hi śivabhaktisamanvitāḥ | tadgramasthā janāḥ sarve śāsanīyā na saṃśayaḥ
جس بستی میں ہمیشہ شیوا بھکتی سے آراستہ لوگ موجود نہ ہوں، اس بستی کے سب باشندے سزا کے لائق ہیں—اس میں کوئی شک نہیں۔
