इत्युक्तोऽहं भगवता शंभुना स्वमनः स्थितम् । वृणोमि स्म वरं देव कुरु मामजरामरम्
ityukto'haṃ bhagavatā śaṃbhunā svamanaḥ sthitam | vṛṇomi sma varaṃ deva kuru māmajarāmaram
جب بھگوان شَمبھو نے یوں فرمایا تو میں نے دل میں ٹھہرا ہوا ور چُن لیا: اے دیو! مجھے بڑھاپے اور موت سے آزاد کر دے۔
